The main purpose of Teros' Ombudsman's Office is to ensure strict compliance with legal and regulatory standards regarding consumer rights and to act as a communication channel between the company and its customers, including in the mediation of conflicts. The Ombudsman Office's structure will meet demands that are not solved through regular customer services.
